User Management

Efficiently manage users and their permissions through the my stantabcorp interface. Utilize the following steps to add users and configure their access to the Accounting software:

  1. Access User Management:
  1. Add Users:
  • Enter the email addresses of the users you want to add.
  • Select the desired permissions for each user, choosing from a range of predefined access levels.
  1. Special Permission - all:
  • The all permission is unique and grants users access to all current and future permissions.
  • Use this permission carefully, as it provides every access rights.
  1. Fine-Tuned Permissions:
  • For specific access control, tailor user permissions based on their responsibilities.
  • Example: To grant a user the ability to manage invoices exclusively, add the following permissions:
  • list.invoices
  • add.invoice
  • view.invoice
  • edit.invoice
  • add.invoice.payment
  • edit.invoice.revenues
  1. Save Changes:
  • Confirm the changes and save the user configurations.
